The giant Google is developing a function that allows you to create public profile cards that will be visible when someone enters your name in the search engine.
These cards are already used with famous people for a long time, showing the most important data such as their trade, age, origin, among others.
At the moment the function is only available in India, where the company is evaluating its performance, reviewed Portaltic.
To create a card it must be done from an Android or iPhone mobile device, with the browser or Google application. Then you have to log in to a personal account and select ‘edit my search result’.
The users will be able to create their profile card in the upper part, where they will have to select the option ‘Start’. They will need to fill in the information they want to share on their card, as well as name, location, resume and occupation.
To differentiate yourself from other people with the same name, you can also include pictures and contact information.
Google clarified that “it does not guarantee that the cards will appear in the search engine,” but the more information you include, the more likely you are to be found.
